Branding roofing and construction is the one to book! They were amazingly fast and easy! Plus cheap! Jessica help us out! She was so informative and asked any questions we needed! Has fantastic customer service! Overall the company and their people are number 1! I will definitely use again when the time comes! Anybody ask for roofing services im giving out their numbers!

Tim is absolutely fantastic and the only contractor I will use from here on out! I'm not quick to trust as there are many shady contractors out there but he has definitely earned my trust! He came out the very next morning and got tarp put up on the roof to to prevent any leaks. I was devastated when my home, that I've owned for less than a year, was destroyed by hail but he did an excellent job at putting my mind at ease and making me feel much better about the entire situation. He was there for me throughout the entire process, answered my many phone calls, texts, and questions, even if it was 10 o'clock at night! Unfortunately, I had a very difficult adjuster but Tim worked diligently, going back and forth with him for days to get everything added to the insurance claim and showed up the day of the inspection to make sure they didn't miss anything. Even when they ran into issues with my decking after removing the old shingles, and the adjuster refused to add the necessary replacements to the claim, he took care of it and did not charge us more money! He did not ask for money up front before the job was started, did not cheap out on a single material, and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the nicest roof in the neighborhood! When the job was finished, no mess or nails were left behind. He's friendly, honest, hard working and really knows what he's doing. If you need a roofing contractor, Tim is the man to call!

Tim will come out and meet with your adjuster and handle all of the business side of it. I never had to worry with an email or call my insurance or Adjuster after Tim stepped in and that was a huge load off and stress reliever; Very professional, straightforward and honest, which is hard to find these days. My roof is better than what it was before!

Jessica was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the project, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. Tim and his team are amazing. Tim showed up at 7AM on a Saturday after a storm to repair wind damage to the roof, and I called him at 9PM the night before. When it came time to replace the whole roof due to more storm damage, Tim was amazing to work with. He made everything easy on us during during a very trying time for us. Will definitely contract with Branded Roofing and Construction for any future roofing or renovation needs.

Tim and his team were awesome they got our hail damaged roof knocked out quick on both the house and barn, was great when it came to dealing with the insurance company and didn't make excuses when his subs fell short of the mark but stepped up like a champion and did whatever was necessary to make it right for us. They are they best I even recommended him to our neighbor who got three quotes and he blew the others out the water! Which made me look good 👍 7 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Branded Roofing provided excellent customer service and quality work on my home in Plano. They handled almost all the correspondence with my home insurance adjuster, advised me in steps to resolve the damage, showed up on time, identified other structural problems to insure quality work and safety, and advised me of additional work that I may want to have done to stay up to code and preserve the integrity of my home. I highly recommend Branded Roofing as a long time home owner with high standards for stewardship and quality work.
